Valerie Ayala, CNA
Certified Nurse Aide
I am a genuine companion to my elderly and vulnerable adult clients. My goal is, at all times, to make sure they are safe, well cared for, nursed properly, whether they are at home, in respite care or in a senior living home. I do everything possible to protect clients from falls, medication errors, and other hazards that can hinder their rehabilitation and independence of living in their own home. I remain compliant with all regulations.

Dietary Food Preparation
I do basic food preparation and can follow and prepare any special dietary regimen needed for my clients. I also do grocery shopping.

Personal Care Assistance
I offer care and work well with bedridden, physically challenged, and memory impaired persons.
I attend to and give care to geriatric, hospice, maternal, neonatal, pediatric and psychiatric patients.
I assist with personal care including bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, and exercise.
Clinical & Administrative Skills
I am a Notary Public and I offer this service to my clients and their families. In addition, I keep the work I do with my clients, in an organized and readily available paper record. Alternatively, I can also make all records available online for immediate review by family members who live a distance away. Within the scope of my administrative services, I do the following:
- Answer patients’ inquiries
- Respond to phone calls
- Schedule doctor visits for patients
- Drive patients to and from medical appointments and social events
